I would give them 6 stars if I could. That would be a grand per star off of the new bike I just got. NO JOKE! Brother in law also got a bike with 5 stars off! I have over 200 miles in first 2 days. Was skeptical, but Indian really does outclass the HD bikes I've had (and still have).Never realized how comfortable a ride could be. Cosmo's staff was great also. Cosmo did try to eat my phone though.

Walked in and both salesman that work there that day were extremely friendly. No pressure into buying a motorcycle without testing it first. I actually went in there to find out if they have riding classes and these guys directed me to where I can get classes and my permit and everything taken care of before I purchase a motorcycle. The store is absolutely beautiful and they have a great selection of bikes.

Three stars for a Saturday 1pm first time visit.

STAR #1: the fragrance of the store was lovely. My wife loves the scent in the building.

STAR#2: being greeted at the door, taking care of their families that brought bikes from Indian already.

STAR#3: for "candi" short sweet lady. She understood me when I told her I was browsing, she help me with an item and gave full brief detail. Then let me be, motorcycles spots I've been to in the last month was trying to have me leave with a motorcycle.

I don't know if they let you test drive but I forgot to ask, used to the dealer getting me to test drive. They have a great location for test drives.
